In this world, there are so many examples that prove that dogs are humans’ closest
best friends. They will always be with us, once after we show our true kindness and love.
They are very loyal to their owners. Dogs don’t stop to think about giving their life to protect their owner’s life. They aren’t looking for money that. Dogs show us the real form of unconditional love. The only thing that they want is to be pets for their owners and feel the owner’s love in their hearts. Once we show our love, they will be always with us until they die in every happy and sad moment like a shadow.
Now we are going to express a story about a dog who stayed like a shadow behind his
owner’s children when they lost their way home.
The Girls went missing
Justine and Marie Bourg’s family has two daughters, 7-year-old Abigail, and 4 years
old Cecilia. That wasn’t as normal as imagined on other days. That dark day Abigail and
Cecilia went missing with their family Artemis. The family had searched for them. But
unfortunately, they couldn’t find any sign of Abigail and Cecilia. Even neighborhood. That
bitter day, the worst day began like that.
Marie said that feeling of:
Oh! My gosh, what happened to them?
Where are they?
t was a mother’s limitless sadness that can’t be explained by losing the children she cared for
years.
Could you imagine how much that hurts? …

Mother’s pray for her children
No mother can be sitting and waiting until their children come back. It’s just like
burning inside and out. So any of the mothers on this planet doesn’t stop a moment to thin twice about, whatever she could do to make a time like that turn into a better situation. Also, Mary did the same thing for their girls, everything that she could to find their children, whole family did the same as well. Mary did feed the posts on Social Media about informing the immediate missing of her little girls. Also, Mary managed to mention that the dog was carried by the girls. She said that her daughters were missing and that neighbors and police were searching on her social media feeds. She asked for prayers for their safe return
“That is the only hope for their children. Any mother would do whatever it takes.”
The Searching Mission
After here and seeing this tragic news, people who had a sense of humanity got
together to help Mary’s family find Abigail and Cecilia. The search mission became huger
than assumed. The authorities and volunteers who joined to help the Bourg family were doing their best to find the girls. Authorities had to use ATV drones, and helicopters to continue the searching mission. Times up, but unfortunately nothing could be found about the girls. There was no sign of girls and it had made the situation darker than thought. Suddenly, the only way to find the girls was with the help of the family dog, a golden retriever, Artemis. Mary said that when Artemis sensed people coming, he started to bark, making the situation much easier to find the girls. The place where Artemis stayed and barked was in the woods and it was a deep dark area. All the groups gathered there to find the girls were amazed and thrilled at that moment. Without Artemi’s help, the mission of finding girls might have been more difficult to find them and take much more time than that.
What an amazing job by the dog! Also, this is a real real-life example of, dogs’ loyalty and
caretaking.

Girls’ reunion with the family
After a huge and insane search mission that was done by law enforcement in the area
and people who gathered to help the Bourg family, the girls were located in the woods near
their home. The most remarkable and unforgettable part of this story is the job that was done by Artemis. Artemis had stayed with the girls for about 4 hours giving protection and taking care of them during that hard time of their. Even he didn’t make friendly interference with policemen when he had made a confirmation they were good. He showed his objection by growling, Mary said that. Actually, without Artemis’s help, the search mission might have been harder than that.
As Abigail’s father Justin Bourg said that Artemis and Abigail were cuddled up
together with Cecilia on Abigail’s stomach as they got comfortable for the night. Abigail
gripped Artemis’s collar as they snuggled.
He also mentioned that they were about three to four hundred yards away from their
home. He was grateful that they knew to stay in one place when they got lost, and credited
their calmness and direction to Jesus. Mary believed that the dog protected the girls from wild hogs while they were waiting to be found. Artemis was always looking out for them. If
Artemis had not been there, their lives would have been in trouble. The girls were safe
because of Artemis were there as their defender.

his was an unexpected incident for the girls. So the 4-year-old one was shocked
because of the experience, but luckily girls were fine. It was a relief for the Bourg family.
Also, they realized that they should be more aware of their children’s protection and sure they will make plans for it. Justin got emotional and told them that it was a difficult experience. He didn’t want to traumatize them and mentioned that he had cried the most in the last 20 years. Also, he mentioned that He wanted them to keep that adventure mentality have a head about it, and be smart.
And finally, we have to talk about the great hero of that day. The golden retriever the
Artemis. During the girls’ time of need, he showed his remarkable loyalty towards them. He
didn’t leave their side, providing comfort and ensuring of their safety. Moreover, he led the
search parties to the girls’ location, and without him, they might not have been found as
quickly. They expressed their thanks towards their hero dog, Artemis, and everyone who
helped with the search. Mary responded to a photo of one of her daughters cuddling with
Artemis, saying she still does not want to leave him.
That’s why humans are saying dogs are the humans’ great great best friend.
